Midland University’s new 11,000 SF facility provides space for its expanding slate of graduate and adult learning programs and serves as a satellite campus for students in Midland’s MBA program.
Designed with flexibility in mind, the innovative space is adjacent to the TD Ameritrade World Headquarters, located in the heart of Omaha’s Old Mill business district, allowing professional who work in the Omaha area easy access to the graduate offerings.
The interior tenant fit-out in an existing office space offers 11,000 SF of specially designed classroom space, seminar rooms, collaborative work areas, office, breakout spaces and a café gathering area. In addition, hoteling spaces for adjunct professors and visiting guest speakers are provided.
“We believe our new Omaha center will serve as an anchor for the Omaha business community,” Midland University President Jody Horner said. “We recognize the increasing demand Omaha employers have for graduate and adult learning opportunities and this beautiful facility will allow us to meet those ever-evolving needs.”
