KWK Architects, along with our partner firm TKDA of St. Paul, Minnesota, is excited to announce the team has been awarded the design of major renovations and an addition to the University of Minnesota's Pioneer Residence Hall and dining facility. The $104.5 million project will create larger rooms with shared community space and upgraded bathrooms while maintaining the street-level appearance of the historic building.
