KWK Architects is proud to announce that Andy Noll has joined the firm. Andy joins KWK as a Project Manager with over 17 years of professional experience. He brings to KWK a wealth of technical knowledge, specializing in Design Development; Construction Documents; coordination of Civil, Landscape, Structural and MEPFP systems; Building Code review; Quality Control; Specifications and Construction Administration. Andy holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Ball State University and is a Licensed Architect in the State of Missouri.
Most of Andy’s career has been focused on Higher Education projects including Student Housing, Student Dining, Academic Buildings, Student Centers, Health Centers, Campus Hardscape / Site Structures and Parking Garages. Additional project experience includes Hotels, Pools, K-12 Education, Office Buildings, Performing Arts Theaters, Feasibility Studies, Masterplans and Retail.
Andy is a St. Louis native and graduate of Webster Groves High School. He and his wife live in South St. Louis City where they raise their two children and a dog. His hobbies include home renovation/restoration, wood working, camping, fishing, and canoeing.
He is currently working on Student Housing projects at the University of Kansas and the University of Missouri as well as a renovation project for the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St Louis.
