KWK Opens Five New Student Housing Projects in Fall 2016

 

More than 2,200 students have new places to call home, thanks to five new KWK-designed student housing projects that opened last fall on five different university campuses:

  • Maryville University - Saints Hall, Phase I (228 beds; Lawrence Group, Associate Architect). Phase II is underway and will open in Fall 2018.
  • University of Missouri-Columbia - Dobbs Replacement, Phase I (570 beds; Lawrence Group, Associate Architect)
  • Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) - North Hall (700 beds; MSKTD, Architect of Record)
  • Missouri University of Science & Technology - University Commons (449 beds; Lawrence Group, Associate Architect)
  • Washburn University - Lincoln Hall (339 beds; HTK Architects, Architect of Record)
