KWK Architects, along with team members Lawrence Group and Paric Corporation, has been awarded the design and construction of a new residence hall for Maryville University in St. Louis. The project will consist of two phases and add approximately 400 beds to the campus when completed. Maryville University is located in the West County suburb of Town and Country Missouri, just west of St. Louis. The whole team is excited to be part of the growing student life program at Maryville University.
